My love for helping people improve their lives, led me 23 years ago to the University of Indianapolis (USA), where I spent 6 beautiful years of my life studying my favorite sciences.

Throughout the past years I have passionately obtained:

Bachelor of Arts (B.A.):
(Major) Psychology
(Major) Sociology
(Minor) Criminology

Master of Arts (M.A.):
Clinical Psychology

After graduation, I started my private practice in Athens, Greece. It has been 17 years since then!

I regularly attend seminars, lectures, and conferences to keep updated with the latest trends in psychotherapy techniques and scientific research in psychology. I am a frequent guest speaker on TV and Radio shows, conferences, workshops and seminars. I publish articles for newspapers, magazines and websites. I actively participate as a volunteer in solidarity actions for institutions, hospitals, schools and wherever there is a need for mental health services.

My office is located in Thessaloniki, Greece. However, since the beginning of the pandemic, almost all of the counseling sessions I conduct take place online through video conferencing (Skype, Viber, Messenger, Zoom).
